How the Process Works
Purchase Access
The customer purchases VIP Zoom Presentation Access and receives written disclosures and purchase terms.
Complete the Zoom
The customer completes the required live Zoom presentation within 30 days of purchase, subject to scheduling availability and participation requirements.
Third-Party Fulfillment, If Applicable
After presentation completion, any related options, registration, accommodations access, or other fulfillment are handled separately by a third-party provider, subject to availability, eligibility, and provider terms.
Important Disclosures
Virtual Interactive Processing Service sells VIP Zoom Presentation Access only. Customers are not purchasing a directly confirmed hotel stay, airfare, cruise reservation, resort reservation, or directly confirmed vacation itinerary from Virtual Interactive Processing Service.
Any related package redemption, invitation delivery, destination selection, registration, reservation access, accommodations access, or other related fulfillment that may occur after completion of the required presentation is handled separately by a third-party provider, not by Virtual Interactive Processing Service.
Any related options made available after presentation completion may be subject to availability, provider procedures, registration requirements, scheduling restrictions, blackout dates, inventory limitations, separate fees, taxes, resort fees, service fees, incidental charges, and third-party provider terms and eligibility requirements.

- Approximately 60 minutes
- Desktop, laptop, or iPad required
- Working camera and microphone required
- Cell phone participation not permitted
Refund / Cancellation Summary
Refund requests may be reviewed if submitted within 30 days of purchase and before the required Zoom presentation has been completed, unless scheduling, support, or related fulfillment has already substantially begun.
Once the required Zoom presentation has been completed, the purchase is non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law.
