Virtual Interactive Processing Services provides VIP Travel Presentation Access and coordination services for scheduled third-party virtual travel, lifestyle, and entertainment presentations. Customers purchase access registration, scheduling coordination, administrative processing, and support through a controlled digital service process with clear disclosures before payment is processed.
The purchased service is access to the scheduled third-party virtual presentation only. After successful completion of the required presentation, any post-presentation promotional travel incentives are issued and fulfilled separately by independent third-party providers under their own terms, fees, availability, and procedures.

Third-Party Providers
After completion of the required presentation, customers may receive post-presentation promotional travel incentive materials from independent third-party providers. Those incentives are separate from the original VIPS purchase and are administered under separate third-party terms.
Additional Costs
Any third-party promotional travel incentives may involve separate registration fees, reservation processing fees, taxes, resort fees, deposits, parking, incidental charges, upgrade costs, peak-season charges, service fees, or provider-specific charges that are not included in the original VIPS purchase.
Refund Timing
Refund requests may be reviewed if submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of purchase and before completion of the scheduled presentation. Once the presentation is completed, the VIPS service is considered fulfilled.
Customers purchase VIP Travel Presentation Access and coordination services only. No direct travel, transportation, accommodations, airfare, cruise, resort booking, or guaranteed reservation is included in the original VIPS transaction.
