These terms explain the scope of VIPTours365’s presentation access and coordination service, and clarify that VIPS does not sell, book, or fulfill travel.

Service Provider

Virtual Interactive Processing Services d/b/a VIPTours365 provides VIP Travel Presentation Access and coordination services. Customers purchase access registration, scheduling coordination, administrative processing, and support for a scheduled third-party virtual travel, lifestyle, and entertainment presentation.

No Direct Travel Sale

VIPS does not sell, book, own, operate, manage, or fulfill hotel accommodations, airfare, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, timeshares, travel club memberships, or travel reservations.

No specific hotel, resort, travel date, room type, destination, airfare, cruise, or itinerary is confirmed by VIPS at the time of purchase.

Third-Party Presentation and Incentives

After successful completion of the required third-party virtual presentation, independent third-party providers may issue post-presentation promotional travel incentive materials under separate terms, fees, availability, eligibility requirements, and fulfillment procedures.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing all disclosures, completing the required presentation, and following any separate third-party redemption instructions if promotional travel incentive materials are issued after completion.
