This policy explains when refund requests may be reviewed for VIPTours365 presentation access and coordination services.

Scope of Refund Policy

Customer purchases from Virtual Interactive Processing Services d/b/a VIPTours365 are for VIP Travel Presentation Access and coordination services.

Refund Review Window

Refund requests may be reviewed if submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of purchase and before completion of the scheduled third-party virtual presentation, unless scheduling, presentation access coordination, administrative processing, or support work has already substantially begun.

Once the customer completes the scheduled third-party virtual presentation, the VIPS service is considered fulfilled and the VIPS purchase is non-refundable except where prohibited by applicable law.

Third-Party Fees and Incentives

This refund policy applies only to the VIPS purchase. Any third-party promotional travel incentives, redemption procedures, fees, taxes, resort fees, deposits, upgrades, or provider-specific charges are governed by the third-party provider’s separate terms and policies.
