This disclosure explains how post-presentation promotional travel incentives are separate from the VIPS purchase and administered by independent third-party providers.

VIPS Role

Virtual Interactive Processing Services d/b/a VIPTours365 sells VIP Travel Presentation Access and coordination services only.

No Travel Fulfillment by VIPS

VIPS does not sell, book, own, operate, manage, or fulfill hotel accommodations, airfare, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, timeshares, travel club memberships, or travel reservations.

No specific hotel, resort, room type, destination, travel date, airfare, cruise, or itinerary is confirmed by VIPS at the time of purchase.

Post-Presentation Incentive Materials

After successful completion of the required third-party virtual presentation, independent third-party providers may issue post-presentation promotional travel incentive materials. These incentives are separate from the VIPS purchase and are administered under separate third-party terms, conditions, fees, availability, eligibility requirements, and fulfillment procedures.

Possible Additional Costs

Additional third-party fees may apply, including but not limited to registration fees, reservation processing fees, taxes, resort fees, deposits, parking, incidentals, upgrades, peak-season charges, and provider-specific charges.
